onsite parking was free for hotel customers. check-in was smooth. the room included free wi-fi. breakfast offered a full english option and various cereals, which i found very nice.
i had to wait half an hour at the bar by the pool. only one person was working, and she seemed overwhelmed.

the location is a short five-minute walk to the seafront. it is also close to shops, bars, and restaurants, all within a two-minute walk in either direction.

this HOTEL offers MANY features. it has bars with entertainment day and night. there are several pools and also a spa area with a jacuzzi.
the room i stayed in was very small. the bathroom was tiny too, this was not ideal. the reception staff did not inform me about changes to the parking app.

I found this hotel to be a pleasant surprise. the staff were friendly and helpful. Their attention. my children loved the massive games room. It kept them entertained for hours. the pools, both indoor and outdoor, were well-kept and provided a relaxing environment. the evening entertainment was AMAZING!!!
i noticed the hotel showed signs of age, especially with some timber windows needing attention. but, this did not significantly impact my overall experience.

many facilities games room full english relaxing space
The site had many features, including bars and eateries. i enjoyed the games room (it had snooker and bowling!). the breakfast impressed me with its full english option. the spa and pools were a real highlight. It was a great space to relax and swim.
i found the signage within the hotel a little confusing initially.

great facilities efficient staff convenient apartment
The facilities suited guests of all ages. All staff members seemed efficient. Everything flowed smoothly. I stayed in an apartment and was able to buy food, also prepare tea and coffee.
The bar by the pool was understaffed. I waited a while.
